Privacy
What this website
knows about you.
Very little. This page sets no cookies, runs no analytics and carries no advertising or tracking of any kind.
Who we are
Tradial is made by Tradial UK Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17493292. Its registered office is Emstrey House (North), Shrewsbury Business Park, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY2 6LG. For anything about your information, write to help@tradial.co.uk.
Visiting the site
The site is a set of plain files. Nothing you do on it is recorded by us. The company that hosts the files keeps the ordinary technical record any web server keeps (such as the address a request came from and the browser that made it) so that it can deliver the pages and keep them secure.
Asking for early access
The form on the home page writes an email in your own mail app. Nothing is sent until you press send there, and this website never sees it. If you do send it, we receive your email address and whatever you wrote, and we use them to reply and to tell you when early access opens. It stays in our mailbox until it is no longer needed; ask and we will delete it sooner.
Starting a free trial
When free trials open, the sign-up form will send the email address and company name you type to the Tradial app's sign-up service, so it can make your login and email you a sign-in code. From there on you are using the app. A full privacy notice and service terms for the app will be published before free trials open.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
The screens on this site
Every screenshot and recording shows the app running a made-up company, Northbeck Electrical. The people, addresses, phone numbers and prices in them are invented.
